While I was painting this, the plight of the Tibetan people came to the forefront. Even though the Buddhist sentiment is for peace, the Dalai Lama was accused of inciting his people to violence. No longer in the news and no more riots doesn't mean that their anguish is appeased.
My prayers are for the Tibetan people wherever they are.
